Creative direction from Qui and Nathaniel. Designs approved against the Sanaa Standard for cultural authenticity and craft quality.

Materials Sourced

Koki raises purchase orders. POs above KES 50,000 require Paddy's sign-off before commitment.

In Production

Partner manufacturers and in-house artisans produce the batch. Progress tracked live in the BleuSanaa ops dashboard.

04–06

QC → Goods Received → Live on Nunua

Quality control by Koki. Goods received into warehouse. Inventory syncs automatically — products go live on Nunua.
